Hotel/Race Package - Tentative Itinerary

Wednesday
Fly into Charlotte, NC - transfer to our Charlotte hotel or drive to Charlotte, ride our bus for local touring and then follow us to Florence for the races at Darlington. 

 

Thursday

After breakfast at the Hotel this morning we will visit Joe Gibbs Racing, Stewart-Haas and Michael Waltrip Racing.  We will take a tour of JR Motorsports. Next up is a tour of Charlotte Motor Speedway with lunch in their exclusive Speedway Club.  This afternoon we will visit Hendrick Motorsports followed by a visit to the NASCAR Hall of Fame Museum.

 

Friday

After breakfast and check out, we will travel to our Florence SC hotel.  On the way we will visit Roush-Fenway race shop.  After checking in we will depart for Darlington Raceway for the NASCAR Nationwide Race.

 

Saturday

Breakfast is available this morning, we will depart midafternoon for Darlington Raceway.  We will have a Tailgate Party at the track before the NASCAR Sprint Cup race. 

 

Sunday

Breakfast is available this morning.  Check out is 12 Noon.  Fly out of the Florence Airport.

Terms:  All prices are per person.  A $150 per person deposit is required to book.  We accept check, money order or credit cards, or we can invoice you through PayPal. Pennsylvania Bus Package - Tentative Itinerary

Wednesday

Depart Lancaster stopping for breakfast on our way to Martinsville Speedway, Childress Race Shop and Museum and Childress Winery.  We will make a stop at Earnhardt Plaza before checking into our Charlotte hotel.

 

Thursday- Saturday

Itinerary is the same as the Hotel/Race Package - see above.

 

Sunday

 After breakfast at the Hotel this morning, we will depart Florence, arriving in Lancaster at approximately 8 PM. 

 

Rates Include: roundtrip motorcoach transportation, 5 breakfasts, 1 lunch at the Charlotte Speedway Club, 4 nights hotel accommodations, race shop visits, stop at Childress Winery, admission to Richard Petty and NASCAR Hall of Fame museums, track tours at Charlotte and Martinsville, Nationwide & Sprint Cup tickets at Darlington Raceway, tailgate party at the track, ticket lanyard, all taxes and 7 Action Jackson Bonus Bucks.
