      "One Last Race to Make The Chase." The Chevy Rock & Roll 400 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Richmond International Raceway on Saturday, September 6 marks the final race before the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup. Once the checkered flag drops, only the top 12 drivers in the point standings will be eligible for the series championship, which will be decided over the final 10 races of the season.

       Because the Chevy Rock & Roll 400 is the 26th race on the schedule, the race will serve as cutoff point, rendering the event "One Last Race to Make The Chase."

       Some intense battles have been witnessed at the Chevy Rock & Roll 400 races over the past several years. This year is expected to be just as exciting, with so many talented drivers looking to earn a berth in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup. Who will be in and who will be out? Last year, Dale Earnhardt Jr. narrowly missed a shot at the championship. In 2006, Kasey Kahne bumped Tony Stewart from the top 12. And in 2004, Jeremy Mayfield won the Chevy Rock & Roll 400 to vault his way into the Chase. You won't want to miss this one!

      We are again pleased to be able to offer Admission to Richmond International Raceway's Fan Hospitality Tents with our 2 night packages for both May & September races.  The Party Zone on Friday has an all-you-can-eat buffet and beverages, a Q&A and autograph session with Nationwide series drivers*, and a pre-race pit pass** to watch NASCAR Sprint Cup Series qualifying from pit road.  Cost is only $75.00 per person.  The Green Flag Club on Saturday includes the buffet and beverages, Sprint Cup driver appearance*, pre-race pit pass and souvenir program.  Cost is only $99.00 per person.   We feel this is one of the best track hospitality values offered.  Hospitality packages are available only with the purchase of a race tour package.
